Nigerian rap sensation Zlatan Ibile has revealed his reluctance to invest in budding musicians, citing financial uncertainty as the primary reason.
In a candid conversation on the Adesope Live show, the artist highlighted the unpredictability of nurturing new talent, questioning whether such ventures would ever pay off.
He made it clear that his focus remains on securing his financial future rather than taking gambles on unproven acts.
“I’d prefer investing in real estate than pouring money into artists whose success isn’t guaranteed,” he stated.
“Music is my business, not charity. My priority is financial security. Early in my career, I struggled with stress and instability—now I prioritize stability above all.”
Despite his stance, Zlatan expressed willingness to collaborate with rising stars, recalling the support he received during his own climb to fame.
