
Celebrity media figure Yhemolee has called out Ibom Air over a recent encounter between a cabin crew member and passenger Comfort Emmanson, criticizing the airline’s staffing choices.
He expressed frustration that the airline employed a flight attendant with an unfriendly demeanor, questioning her suitability for customer-facing roles.
Taking to his Instagram story, he shared:
“Is this how you hire staff? Someone who should be hawking on the streets or driving a keke is serving as your air hostess? I’ve flown twice with her—zero warmth, zero smiles. If she’s dealing with personal struggles, she should step back, not ruin passengers’ experiences. I won’t pay premium fares just to endure unwelcoming glares.
“Here’s my advice: Comfort deserves an apology, and so do passengers. Flight attendants kill tension with courtesy—not commands. A simple ‘please’ and a smile go further than barking orders like you own the damn plane. Delivery matters.”
