Many criticized the artist for singling out Peller, arguing that his point could have been made without directly naming any content creator. However, in a recent radio interview, YCee made it clear he had no regrets.
The rapper firmly stood by his statements, insisting that those upset by his remarks should reevaluate their stance. He emphasized that the widespread defense of so-called “olodo” trends only confirmed his concerns about declining intellectual standards in entertainment.
YCee clarified that his critique wasn’t against content creators but against audiences celebrating mediocrity. He encouraged smarter creators to step up, proving that entertainment and intellect can coexist without sacrificing quality.
