The internationally renowned wrestling icon, Hulk Hogan, openly declared his Christian faith merely eighteen months prior to his sudden demise at 71 years old.
In late 2023, the WWE Hall of Fame inductee underwent baptism with his spouse.
“Complete devotion to Jesus marks the most significant day of my existence,” Hogan stated following his baptism. “No anxieties, no malice, no condemnation… purely love!”
The baptism video depicts Hogan plunging entirely into the water before reappearing joyfully, his trademark bandana intact.
It was a heartfelt moment as he experienced this spiritual milestone alongside his wife, Sky Daily, who was baptized simultaneously.
“Divine wonders are unfolding at Indian Rocks,” the church commented while posting Hogan’s baptism on Instagram.
Before this sacred act, the six-time WWE champion had publicly affirmed his Christian convictions.
During early 2023, Hogan shared on social media about his spiritual path and teenage acceptance of Christ.
“At fourteen, I embraced Christ as my savior,” he recounted.
“Training, prayers, and supplements sustained me in competition, but now united with God,
“the true championship lies in surrender, service, and love, empowering me to conquer any challenge through my Lord’s strength – so it was, and remains, AMEN!” Hogan expressed in April.
His baptism followed shortly after Hogan and Daily exchanged vows in autumn 2023.
