A Nigerian woman has recounted her harrowing ordeal following a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedure gone wrong in Lagos.
She revealed that the surgery took a dangerous turn when she discovered the practitioner who performed it was not a licensed plastic surgeon.
The victim, identified as @dammiedammie35 on X (formerly Twitter), shared her traumatic story in a viral post.
Her post read: “I paid N7million to fix BBL complicat!ons after nearly d¥ing from a botched surgery performed by a fake plastic surgeon in Lagos—just a nurse posing as a doctor. My life was almost ruined💔💔”
In an emotional video, she warned others:
“Never choose a clinic based on influencer hype. Research thoroughly. Lagos has reputable hospitals, but always verify—is your surgeon actually qualified? If things go wrong, they’ll abandon you.”
