Nigerian comedian KlintonCod, whose real name is Ekene Clinton Egbuna, has ignited heated debates online after asserting that women prioritize marriage as a fundamental life goal. His remarks drew sharp criticism from social media users.
The entertainer doubled down on his stance, describing marriage as a “coveted prize” for women while suggesting they emulate their mothers’ loyalty—or risk struggling to find partners later in life.
His polarizing comments triggered a wave of backlash, with one woman recalling: “This man has always harbored disdain for Black women since university days. His misogyny isn’t new—pay him no mind.”
KlintonCod retaliated fiercely: “For spreading lies about me publicly, may misfortune haunt you. If you desire children, may your womb remain barren. Should you already have them, may they bring you endless grief. Liars like you destroy lives for clout—may nothing prosper in your hands. You’re eternally cursed!”
“Mark my words, you’ll crawl back begging for forgiveness. This isn’t an idle threat—your suffering is guaranteed. Cursed beyond redemption.”
Unfazed, the critic fired back: “Your curses hold no power—your hatred for women speaks volumes.”
