The artist took to his Instagram to share a glimpse of the candid conversation.
Through his Instagram Stories, Joeboy posted a video of a voice note from his mother, who expressed her worries about his singledom.
In the voice note, his mother applauded his achievements in the music industry but questioned when he would take the next step into matrimony.
“You’ve made it big, but when are you going to make it to the altar?” she inquired.
She also referenced fellow musicians Adekunle Gold and Davido, who have balanced their successful careers with married life.
