During a recent interview, Veekee recounted her mother’s unwavering commitment, emphasizing that she never witnessed her engage in romantic relationships after her father’s passing.

The fashion maven recalled a poignant moment when their family pastor inquired about her mother’s plans to remarry, only to receive a firm response: her priority was solely her children.

“My mother never entertained the idea of dating again. Since my father’s death, she dedicated every moment to us—her only outings were for church vigils,” Veekee shared emotionally.

“When our pastor asked if she would remarry, she declined without hesitation. ‘My children come first,’ she declared.”

Veekee further revealed how her mother worked tirelessly as a seamstress in Ajegunle, taking on countless tailoring projects to provide for the family’s needs.

“She labored day and night, crafting garments for clients across Ajegunle. More than teaching me tailoring, she instilled discipline and warned against distractions,” Veekee explained.
