Renowned TikTok personality Habeeb Hamzat, popularly called Peller, has suggested he might abandon his academic pursuits shortly after announcing his enrollment in a Lagos-based private university to study law.
Peller revealed his change of heart in an audio message posted on his platform, expressing frustration that attending lectures was interfering with his income streams.
“Listen, I swear to God, I thought I was ready for school… but I’m done. I’m not going back,” he declared.
The social media star emphasized that sitting through lengthy classes without financial gain was unacceptable to him.
“I just realized—four hours in class, zero income. Writing, staring, playing around, and nothing to show for it? No way. I’m out,” he stated.
Peller also admitted feeling out of sync with his classmates, describing himself as the youngest in the room.
“When I walked in, everyone looked way older. I was the only young guy there,” he remarked.
He hinted at possibly resuming his education later in life.
“Maybe when I’m older, like 30 or 40, I’ll reconsider. For now, forget it. I’m exhausted,” he concluded.

This sudden shift comes just days after Peller proudly shared his admission into a law program.
Earlier, the TikToker had posted a viral video celebrating his acceptance into an undisclosed Lagos university, seemingly addressing critics who questioned his education.
“People kept mocking me for not being ‘educated,’ like I’m the first person without a degree. Well, now I’m in school—leave me alone,” he quipped.
“Law student now. See for yourself. You can’t mess with me—I know the law,” he added confidently.
Peller has faced persistent online ridicule over his grammar, with detractors labeling him as “uneducated.”
Earlier this month, he had announced plans to further his studies, partly to refine his English-speaking skills.
His recent controversies also include involvement in the buzz surrounding American streamer IShowSpeed’s visit to Nigeria.
