Music executive Ubi Franklin has issued a stark legal warning to individuals allegedly orchestrating relentless online harassment against superstar Davido, his wife Chioma Adeleke, and the Adeleke family.
Taking to X earlier this week, Franklin—who identifies as Chioma’s manager—hinted at impending legal consequences for those behind what he describes as coordinated cyberbullying campaigns.
“The depths of human cruelty never cease to amaze,” Franklin tweeted, referencing disturbing private messages supposedly targeting the couple. “The content circulating in these group chats is beyond reprehensible.”
His subsequent posts escalated the warning: “Accountability is coming for every single person participating in these malicious group chats. Chef Chi’s family, her husband, and I as her manager will pursue every legal avenue available.”
Franklin emphasized that this goes beyond typical celebrity criticism, characterizing the behavior as systematic harassment involving multiple digital platforms and chat groups.
He urged the public to recognize the distinction between fair commentary and targeted bullying, stating: “This isn’t opinion—it’s harassment disguised as online chatter.”
Chioma has faced disproportionate social media scrutiny since her marriage to Davido, with critiques ranging from her fashion choices to her culinary brand. The harassment often intensifies amid unrelated fan conflicts involving Davido’s musical rivals and resurgences of past controversies.
