DDG, the multi-talented rapper and YouTube sensation, is making headlines again—and Nigeria is at the center of his latest move.
The “Moonwalking in Calabasas” star took to X to share his plans, sparking excitement among fans. His tweet read: “Finna buy a house in Lagos, Nigeria. What’s a good area?”
This isn’t the first time DDG has hinted at a major shift in scenery. Back in March, he openly expressed frustrations with life in the U.S. and even floated the idea of relocating to Nigeria.
However, this latest development arrives as the rapper navigates a highly publicized custody battle with singer and ex-girlfriend Halle Bailey, the mother of his child.
Rumors swirled that his request for a restraining order against Halle was denied, but his legal team has since set the record straight.
Sources confirm the court did approve a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) following what his attorney called “serious allegations” in the filing. The custody dispute, however, remains unresolved and will proceed with a full hearing in court.
