Afrobeats sensation Tiwa Savage has revealed she’s open to becoming a second wife, citing her personal experiences and current circumstances as reasons for her new perspective.

During a candid conversation on the U.S.-based podcast Air Service, the celebrated artist shared her evolving views on marriage and relationships.

“At this stage, if I find a potential partner, they’re likely in their 50s or already married. So, who knows? Maybe I’d consider being a second wife. Yes, I think I could embrace that role,” she confessed.

Emphasizing her easygoing nature, Tiwa assured she’d maintain harmony in a polygamous setting, prioritizing mutual respect and professionalism.

“I’d get along with the first wife because I wouldn’t cause drama. I’ll be touring often, so no stress there. I’d respect her position completely—she’d always come first,” the singer explained.

Tiwa was previously married to music executive Tunji Balogun (TBillz) from 2013 to 2018. Their union, which produced a son, ended amid public cheating allegations from both sides.

Following the divorce, the multiple award-winner has remained vocal about redefining love and partnership on her own terms.
