Jarvis

Popular influencer Amodu Elizabeth Aminata, widely recognized as Jarvis, has publicly pleaded for forgiveness from the revered Oba of Benin, Ewuare II. This follows the uproar surrounding her companion, Habeeb Hamzat Adelaja, also known as Peller, who faced criticism for an unapproved visit to the Benin Royal Palace.

The controversy escalated after palace authorities accused Peller of breaching sacred protocols during the March 6, 2026 incident. In response, Jarvis tearfully addressed the matter in a live broadcast, expressing deep remorse and pleading for leniency.

With emotions running high, she highlighted her fears about the repercussions on her personal aspirations, especially her marital prospects. “Please forgive him—I don’t want this to ruin my future,” she implored. “I want my wedding plans to proceed peacefully… don’t let this keep me single forever.”

The Benin Traditional Council had already taken disciplinary action, suspending a palace chief and sanctioning other royal staff for enabling unauthorized entry. Peller has been ordered to formally apologize in writing and appear before the council to address the matter.

Authorities remain steadfast in enforcing palace traditions, ensuring that such breaches do not recur while upholding the sanctity of Benin’s cultural heritage.
