Nigerian music star Terry G has slammed allegations of plagiarism, refuting claims that he stole the chart-topping track Pass Me Your Love from fellow artist AY.Com.

Years after the song’s release, it emerged that Terry G was only a featured act, sparking accusations of him presenting the track as his own during live performances.

Critics claimed he falsely claimed ownership, but Terry G recently dismissed these allegations on social media, labeling them as baseless.

He also suggested that the backlash negatively impacted AY.Com’s music journey, shifting blame to online critics rather than himself.

In a fiery post, the singer raged: “For those claiming I snatched ‘Pass Me Your Love’ from Ay.com— quit the nonsense. Am I banned from performing a track I was part of? Other artists drop features at shows, yet only my name gets dragged. The double standards are unreal.

“And for the record, the song wasn’t on my album—collaboration isn’t theft.

“AY’s career stumbled because of your endless drama, not me. My success? Untouchable. Try harder.”
