Nollywood actor IK Ogbonna has responded to the backlash over former U.S. President Donald Trump’s remarks regarding the violence against Christians in Nigeria.
Sharing his thoughts on Instagram, Ogbonna challenged critics opposing Trump’s suggestion of military intervention to combat terrorist groups targeting believers in Nigeria.
The actor posed a pointed question: ”Shouldn’t we prioritize eliminating terrorism over political pride?”
He emphasized that despite Nigeria’s efforts to combat insurgency, progress has been slow, and international support could prove crucial in ending the crisis.
