A Nigerian woman residing in the UK has advised reality TV star Phyna on the most effective way to resolve her conflict with the Dangote Group regarding her sister’s accident.

She emphasized that securing legal representation is crucial, rather than depending on informal conversations or social media exchanges.

The woman also stressed the importance of keeping thorough records of all communications with the company.

She commented: “Verbal agreements carry no legal weight globally… Phyna, Dangote Group is demanding a doctor’s note because they’re certain no physician will endorse it. You mentioned the doctor cleared your sister for overseas travel—where’s the proof?”

“What if they later claim the person you’ve been chatting with lacks authority to approve anything? How would you respond?”

“Phyna, retain legal counsel immediately. Prolonged disputes with Dangote won’t yield results. Spoken words and messages aren’t legally enforceable. Ensure every interaction is properly documented.”

“Best wishes to you and your sister. May justice prevail, and I hope everything resolves favorably. But acting fast with legal support is your best move.”

This advice follows Phyna’s allegation that Dangote Group broke its promise to facilitate her sister’s overseas medical care.
