In a lighthearted tweet, the fan claimed that the shared surname meant they must be family and hinted that the actress could be from Lagos, just like them. The follower then cheekily requested ₦200 million for a yet-to-be-disclosed business.
The tweet read: “We share the same last name… so we’re definitely related. You might even be a Lagosian! Big sis, I need ₦200M for my business. Help a sibling out 😃❤️.”
Gomez, known for her wit, swiftly shut down the playful plea, revealing that the surname actually comes from her husband—redirecting the ambitious request to him instead.
She responded: “You’ll have to ask my husband for that cash 😂—he’s the one who gave me the name!”
