The football icon’s father, Jorge Messi, succumbed to cancer at 68 after a long battle. Known for his unwavering support, he guided Messi’s career from the beginning, serving as both manager and confidant.
Inter Miami’s star, still grieving, revealed his struggle to cope with the loss. “Football feels empty without him,” Messi admitted in an emotional Instagram post. “I question whether I can keep playing without his presence.”
