The YBNL star shared these candid thoughts during an appearance on the Reprezent podcast, where he delved into the inspiration behind his chart-topping single, ‘Ashawo.’
“My track ‘Ashawo’ is a raw depiction of Lagos dating culture—it’s anything but simple. The scene here is wild, unpredictable, and honestly, a bit crazy,” Fireboy revealed.
When discussing his personal love life, he added, “It’s absolute chaos, but I find my calm in it. Being around women keeps me grounded, even in the madness.”
In previous interviews, the ‘Peru’ hitmaker hinted at embracing heartbreak for creative fuel, believing emotional pain could refine his artistry.
Despite his openness, Fireboy has kept his romantic life private, never officially confirming a relationship.
