A viral clip has reignited discussions about Nigerian comedian Mark Angel’s past remarks, where he admitted he wouldn’t date someone like himself if he were his own daughter.
This comes after Amonpoint News uncovered explosive claims from Angel’s former spouse, who accused him of coercing her into a threesome on their wedding night while pretending they were merely friends.
The ex-wife further alleged disturbing behavior, including inviting other women into their home and engaging in affairs just steps away from their marital bedroom. She also revealed how Angel allegedly pressured her into cosmetic surgery post-pregnancy due to his dissatisfaction with her appearance.
While Angel remains silent on these accusations, an old interview with Teju Cole has resurfaced, showcasing his candid confession: “I married privately and divorced privately. Right now, I might be dating—or not—but I have multiple partners.”
He shockingly added: “If I were my daughter, I’d never date a man like me. Honestly, I wouldn’t even consider it.”
