Nigerian politician Ned Nwoko has demanded that his estranged wife, actress Regina Daniels, undergo rehabilitation for drug addiction.
Nwoko emphasized that the intervention is crucial to ensuring her well-being and ability to care for their children.
The lawmaker revealed his concerns in a recent interview, citing disturbing toxicology findings and erratic behavioral shifts in the young mother.
He noted dramatic changes in Daniels’ demeanor, including uncharacteristic aggression and worsening health complications linked to substance abuse.
“My priority is keeping her alive and stable for our kids,” Nwoko asserted. “We have two little ones who need their mother.”
“Countless lives have been lost to addiction—I can’t let that happen here. Imagine explaining to our children someday why we didn’t act?”
