A Catholic cleric has criticized the marriage between billionaire Ned Nwoko and actress Regina Daniels, labeling their union as driven by selfish motives rather than genuine love.
Fr. Kelvin Ugwu weighed in on the couple’s recent marital struggles, asserting that their relationship was founded on mutual exploitation—Nwoko sought youth and purity, while Daniels pursued financial security.
The priest argued that their arrangement was transactional from the start, with both parties achieving their objectives. He dismissed their current disputes as inevitable consequences of their materialistic partnership.
Ugwu emphasized that true marriage requires selfless commitment, contrasting it with what he described as the couple’s “mutually beneficial contract.”
