Nollywood star Regina Daniels has revealed her marriage to businessman Ned Nwoko lacked legal validity, asserting they never officially tied the knot.
The actress took to social media Sunday morning, acknowledging her struggles with addiction while maintaining their conflict arose from his alleged efforts to distance her from her support system.
“Yes, I used substances. But is that really why we’re here? The second we argued, you ran to the press screaming about my addiction – the perfect smokescreen to hide the truth!”
She accused him of orchestrating legal troubles for her close circle, leaving her without allies. “Your plan? Arrest anyone who stands by me until I’m alone and vulnerable, with no choice but to return,” Daniels stated.
The actress alleged the politician confiscated her devices for months to prevent contact with relatives.
Daniels further claimed she was confined and branded mentally unfit whenever she tried leaving the relationship.
“Our issues began when I rejected you – completely sober or otherwise. Tell everyone what really happened,” she challenged.
