Sammy Ned, the brother of Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, has categorically denied claims that his sister is involved in drug abuse, countering recent allegations made by her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.
The controversy erupted after Regina publicly accused Senator Nwoko of domestic violence, prompting him to retaliate with accusations of substance misuse.
In a fiery Instagram post, Sammy, popularly known as Sweezzy, dismissed the drug allegations and urged the public to disregard the smear campaign. He wrote:
“From before Ned to after Ned, nothing don change for my life—I still dey on my lane. Abeg no drag me into una wahala. Every marriage get issues, but I chose silence because nobody perfect,” Sammy declared.
He further asserted, “PS: REGINA DANIELS NO DEY INVOLVE FOR ANY DRUG MATTER. She no give interview, she no dey chase clout! Wetin go up must still come down. Thanks to everyone wey check on us—we no go forget una support.”
