Nollywood star Etinosa Idemudia has criticized men who coerce their wives into returning after disputes, calling their actions unacceptable.
She emphasized that marriage should be built on mutual respect, not compulsion.
Her remarks came amid the viral controversy surrounding Regina Daniels and her estranged husband, Ned Nwoko.
Taking to Instagram, she didn’t mince words, branding such behavior as senseless.
She posted: “Some men lack wisdom!
How can you force your wife back home and still expect peace? Will you truly feel safe under the same roof, eating meals she prepares?
Marriage must never be about coercion. ‘No’ means ‘No’—whether in relationships or any other context. Consent is non-negotiable!”.
