Business mogul Simon Guobadia has filed a $500,000 defamation lawsuit against his former spouse, reality star Porsha Williams.
The legal complaint alleges that Williams made suggestive Instagram posts implying Guobadia struggled with erectile dysfunction, tarnishing his public image.
Though no names were explicitly stated in her July 2024 social media activity, the posts reportedly contained veiled references targeting Guobadia.
Court documents state these allegations resulted in significant reputational harm, financial setbacks, and personal anguish for the entrepreneur.
This legal action follows Guobadia’s recent divorce settlement requiring him to pay $40,000 monthly spousal support and surrender their luxurious Atlanta residence to Williams.
