Big Brother Naija sensation Phyna has reignited her feud with Dangote Group, slamming the company for alleged negligence and insensitivity following the tragic passing of her sister, Ruth Otabor.

“The expenses from Auchi to Irrua were shouldered by my family—Dangote hasn’t refunded a penny,” she said bitterly.
Phyna further alleged that Dangote ignored multiple calls on the day of the burial, leaving the family in distress.
“On September 13th, the burial date, they ghosted us—just when we needed confirmation on unpaid expenses. Yet, they claim everything was settled,” she wrote.
The reality star also exposed a controversial letter sent by Dangote Group to her father, demanding his signature as proof of burial expense acknowledgment.
She accused the company of unethical conduct, questioning why they drafted the letter themselves instead of allowing the grieving family to handle it.
“This letter sent to my dad is heart-wrenching. @dangotegroup, you took my sister’s life, ran a PR stunt, handed over burial money, and then forged an acknowledgment letter in his name? This is deceit,” she fumed.
Expressing disbelief, Phyna criticized the company’s alleged attempt to manipulate the narrative post-burial, demanding transparency and accountability from the corporate giant.
