Nigerian Afrobeat artist Okafor Uchenna Victor, widely recognized as Mr Real, has voiced deep alarm over the escalating security crisis plaguing the nation.
Taking to social media, the musician revealed a haunting dream where Lagos fell under siege by armed insurgents, describing the scenario in chilling detail.
He emphasized that the vision felt particularly intense, with assailants targeting crowds in entertainment venues and corporate spaces.
Mr Real cautioned that his previous premonitions often accurately predicted real-world events, making this warning particularly unsettling.
“I’ve been restless since experiencing this vision. In my dream, Lagos became a hunting ground – attackers seizing people from nightspots and workplaces. Historically, nearly 70% of my prophetic dreams have materialized,” the artist shared.
While stressing he aimed to inform rather than incite panic, the performer encouraged heightened public awareness regarding security threats.
This security alert follows recent warnings from Aare Ona Kakanfo of Yorubaland, Gani Adams, who identified militant cells reportedly positioning themselves across southwestern states.
Adams indicated multiple communities in Oyo, Ekiti, Ondo, and Lagos State may face imminent organized violence from these armed factions.
