Actress Peggy Ovire has come forward with explosive claims about an on-set altercation involving Taye Arimoro, recounting the events in a candid Instagram post that has since gone viral.
Peggy alleges that Taye lost control when crew members requested he finish filming minor scenes before wrapping up. She described the incident as unjustified aggression, stating, “Tayne attacked two innocent crew members simply because he thought no one would stand up for them. They just asked him to complete two quick scenes. But instead of cooperating, he turned violent—then conveniently left out the truth when he recorded his version live.”
She further explained that tensions arose when Taye arrived late and later refused to continue filming after hours. “Everything was fine until I asked him to quickly finish one last scene. He snapped at me, so I stepped back. But when the Production Manager tried reasoning with him, Taye assaulted him—throwing three punches before our driver intervened.”
The situation worsened when Peggy attempted to de-escalate the conflict. “By the time I got there, it was too late. Taye sped off while I was still by his car, and later we found our driver bleeding from the ear after being struck repeatedly.” Peggy clarified that she spoke out not for drama, but to “reveal the full story.”
