Big Brother Naija alum and actor Elozonam Ogbolu has boldly challenged traditional gender norms, stating there’s absolutely nothing wrong with indulging in oral s3x.
He dropped this hot take during a recent episode of the “In The Company Of Men” podcast, hosted by Ikhane Akhigbe, sparking conversations about masculinity and modern relationships.
Elozonam dismantled stereotypes, arguing that actions like performing oral s3x, cooking, or grocery shopping don’t diminish a man’s masculinity—instead, they showcase emotional intelligence and care.
He urged men to break free from outdated expectations, saying, “Toxic masculinity thrives on absurd misconceptions. Some Nigerian men think giving a woman pleasure, running errands, or even buying sanitary pads makes them ‘less of a man.’ That’s ridiculous. Real strength lies in supporting your partner unconditionally.”
“Imagine refusing to buy your wife pads because it’s ‘embarrassing’ or avoiding cooking because it’s ‘feminine.’ These are basic acts of love. Why should outdated norms dictate how we show up for the people we care about?”
He also called out women who romanticize toxicity, noting how some enable harmful behavior by equating abuse with passion.
Elozonam added, “It’s alarming how some women glorify toxicity—thinking a man who doesn’t control or hurt them ‘doesn’t love them.’ I’ve seen posts saying, ‘If he doesn’t slap you, he’s not invested.’ Seriously? Abuse isn’t love; it’s a red flag.”
“We need to unlearn these warped standards. Real connection is built on respect, not dominance or drama.”
