Award-winning Afrobeats sensation Davido has shared an intriguing throwback story.
He disclosed that he once played assistant to music icons Don Jazzy and D’Banj during their early collaborations.
In a viral social media clip, the superstar reminisced about driving his father’s premium Rolls-Royce to fetch fast food for the duo while showcasing his rap skills in Atlanta between 2007 and 2009.
“Back in Atlanta, around 2007 to 2009… At my dad’s place, I was spitting freestyle bars for Don Jazzy and D’Banj. They had me grab McDonald’s using my father’s Rolls Royce,” he revealed.
