Fans erupted in joy as Toyin Abraham Ajeyemi and Wumi Toriola publicly reconciled, putting an end to their seven-year-long feud.

Their emotional reunion happened while both actresses were promoting their latest films—Toyin for her comedy flick “Oversabi Aunty,” while Wumi represented Funke Akindele’s production “Behind the Scenes.”

A viral social media clip captured Wumi confessing, “I miss you,” before playfully challenging Toyin to admit if she felt the same. Without hesitation, Toyin embraced her and replied, “I miss you too.”

Their friendship had soured in 2017 following allegations by Wumi that Toyin physically assaulted her during an Alakada Reloaded shoot. Later, in 2018, Wumi publicly mocked Toyin’s engagement, fueling more animosity.

Rumors in 2023 further strained their relationship when Wumi was accused of having a secret affair with Toyin’s husband—an allegation she vehemently denied, labeling it “diabolical and malicious.”
