Nollywood star Sarah Martins has opened up about her struggles, admitting she can no longer keep up a brave face amid challenges with her charity work.
The actress took to Instagram on Tuesday to share her emotional turmoil over being unable to continue feeding underprivileged children.
She revealed how heart-wrenching it has been to face the kids who eagerly await her meals, questioning her absence.
In her heartfelt post, she expressed, “Pretending to be strong has worn me out. Every time I see these children, their hopeful eyes pierce my soul. They swarm around me, asking why the meals have stopped—it shatters me.
“Cooking for them was my joy, but now I’m stuck without a proper space to continue. Despite my relentless efforts and prayers, securing a location as advised remains a hurdle.
“Their happiness fuels mine, and I won’t rest until I bring back those smiles.”
Later in the day, Sarah shared uplifting news—she finally received the assistance she desperately needed.
