The Federal Capital Territory High Court in Life Camp, Abuja, has rescheduled the assault and battery trial involving Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, aka “Odumodublvck,” to April 8, 2026.
Despite both legal teams being present, the case was deferred due to facility upgrades, with mutual agreement on the new hearing date.
According to reports from the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), the lawsuit stems from an alleged violent altercation initiated by Odumodublvck against fellow artist Ogbogiri Okey Levi (“Kraziecent”) during a December 2024 event.
Kraziecent’s civil complaint details an unprovoked physical attack while he was documenting the event, resulting in emotional trauma and destruction of his iPhone 15 Pro Max.
The plaintiff is seeking judicial orders for:
- Reimbursement of medical treatment costs
- N2 billion in compensatory damages
- A mandated public apology across Odumodublvck’s social media channels and two national publications
