Nigerian musicians Seun Kuti and Peter Okoye, popularly known as Mr P from the disbanded P-Square, have apparently mended fences after months of public animosity.
The rift emerged during the 2023 election season when both artists exchanged verbal jabs regarding their support for political candidates, particularly Labour Party’s Peter Obi.
Their reconciliation became evident when fans spotted them embracing at a Lagos nightclub, with Kuti remarking, “We’re entertainers, not political rivals,” as Okoye nodded in agreement.
