Kelechi Iheanacho

Kelechi Iheanacho has opened up about his seamless transition at Scottish Premiership giants Celtic, describing it as an exciting new chapter in his career.

The former Leicester City striker joined the Glasgow-based club as a free agent earlier this month following a brief stint with La Liga outfit Sevilla.

Initial skepticism surrounded the Nigerian’s arrival, with many questioning his ability to adequately replace departed star Adam Ndah.

However, the technically-gifted forward has silenced critics with an impactful start, netting twice and providing an assist in his first three outings for the reigning champions.

Speaking with infectious enthusiasm, the Super Eagles attacker hinted at greater contributions to come:

“Every moment here feels special – the supporters, the atmosphere, everything. This move has reignited my passion and I’m just getting started,”
he revealed in an exclusive interview with Celtic TV.

The in-form striker will be looking to continue his purple patch when Brendan Rodgers’ side welcome Hibernian to Celtic Park in Saturday’s league fixture.
