DJ Tunez, the official disc jockey for Afrobeats superstar Wizkid, has dismissed rumors of a deep-seated rivalry between his boss and Davido, insisting their feud is largely exaggerated online.
During a candid conversation on the Moni Talks podcast, Tunez revealed that Wizkid holds genuine admiration for Davido and even envisions a joint tour featuring both Starboy Entertainment and Davido’s 30BG crew.
“There’s mutual respect between them—Wizkid genuinely loves Davido. Imagine the magic if Starboy and 30BG hit the road together! That’s the energy Afrobeats needs right now,” he shared enthusiastically.
The acclaimed DJ highlighted how a collaboration between the two music icons could elevate the global Afrobeats scene to new heights.
Past interactions between Wizkid and Davido have hinted at this possibility, with both artists openly expressing interest in touring together.
