Renowned American rapper Nicki Minaj has taken legal action against Nigerian social media personality Dr Penking, citing accusations of online harassment and unauthorized use of copyrighted material.
The controversy erupted when the Nigerian influencer posted a throwback clip of Minaj on platform X, accompanied by the caption, “Nicki Minaj needs to accept her age and bow out gracefully.”
In response, Minaj fired back, questioning whether he had obtained legal consent to redistribute her content for derogatory purposes.
She swiftly notified him of his inclusion in ongoing litigation, stating, “Did you secure authorization to repost my personal footage just to mock me?
Consider yourself officially served,” she declared.
