The daughter of Oba Rashidi Ladoja, the newly crowned Olubadan of Ibadanland, publicly shared her disappointment after her phone was stolen during her father’s coronation celebration.
Taking to Instagram, Tito revealed the incident with a touch of humor, acknowledging the irony of the theft despite her newfound royal status.
“They stole my phone at the coronation reception. People clearly don’t respect my new princess status,” she quipped in her post.
The grand coronation of Oba Ladoja, former governor of Oyo State, took place last Friday at the iconic Mapo Hall, where Governor Seyi Makinde presented him with the traditional staff of office. High-profile guests, including President Bola Tinubu, attended the historic event.
His ascension followed the demise of the 43rd Olubadan, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin, who passed away on July 7, 2025, at the age of 90.
