Nollywood star Gina Onuoha has clapped back at Senator Ned Nwoko after his controversial remarks regarding Regina Daniels’ recent drug test conducted abroad.

In a scathing post, Gina condemned the senator’s behavior, labeling it as a toxic fixation on control rather than legitimate concern for Regina’s well-being.

She applauded Regina for seeking validation in the UK, a country renowned for its stringent medical and legal protocols, to definitively disprove the allegations against her.

Gina emphasized that the negative test results shattered the senator’s claims, noting that drug traces linger in the system far longer than any temporary “sober intervals” he suggested.

She then cast doubt on his integrity, citing a 2001 UK Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal case where he was reportedly found guilty of misconduct, including misrepresentation and regulatory violations, leading to a hefty fine and legal costs.

Gina also accused him of double standards, highlighting that his own daughter, close in age to Regina, enjoys a marriage with a peer, while Regina faces public scrutiny for her personal choices.
