Nancy Isime Responds to Allegations of Ruining UK Woman’s Marriage

A UK-based Nigerian woman, Ify Okafor, has publicly accused actress Nancy Isime and ex-beauty queen Sylvia Nduka of contributing to the breakdown of her marriage with entrepreneur Chinedu Nwobodo.

Nollywood star and media personality Nancy Isime has dismissed allegations implicating her in the collapse of Ify Okafor’s marriage to Circa Lagos owner Chinedu Nwobodo.

Ify Okafor, a Delta State native now based in Britain, detailed her claims in an emotional Facebook post, alleging that her ex-husband engaged in multiple affairs—including with Nancy and Sylvia—during their union.

She described how these alleged infidelities caused immense distress, tarnished her family’s reputation, and ultimately shattered the marriage. Ify also recounted enduring domestic violence, psychological torment, and controlling behavior from her spouse.

In contrast, Nancy appeared unfazed by the accusations, recently returning to Instagram with lighthearted vacation photos. In her caption, she humorously referenced actor Alex Ekubo’s social media hiatus, writing: “Pretending I’m glad to be back… but secretly wishing I could ghost social media like @alexxekubo.”
