A well-known social media personality has opened up about her regret over an excessively large Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).

Shattering the illusion of glamour, she recounted the harrowing aftermath of undergoing an extreme second BBL procedure in Mexico.

The influencer behind @TheeHtxHottiee described surviving a near-fatal ordeal that transformed her cosmetic enhancement into a medical disaster.

Her shocking revelation? The surgery gave her a derriere so massive it became problematic both physically and emotionally.

Now on a mission to educate others, she’s exposing the often-hidden hazards associated with cosmetic enhancements.

‘I initially wanted just a tummy tuck with BBL refinements,’ she confessed. ‘Instead, I got a dangerously oversized backside – and barely survived the consequences.’

‘Everything that could go wrong did,’ she continued. ‘The procedure took twice as long as planned, and massive blood loss required six emergency transfusions.’

What began as routine cosmetic surgery escalated into a life-or-death crisis when unforeseen complications emerged.

The ordeal didn’t end in the Operating Room – she endured five subsequent emergency procedures, including an agonizing skin graft surgery.

Through sobering before-and-after posts, the influencer showcased the dramatic – and dangerous – transformation caused by what she now calls her “monster BBL.”

While her initial enhancement went without incident, she emphasized that her second procedure became a brush with mortality.

‘Returning to the U.S. was just the beginning,’ she revealed. ‘Four months of hospitalization followed due to systemic bloodstream infections and a severely infected tummy tuck closure.

‘Doctors had to harvest skin from my thighs to reconstruct my abdomen. My family actually believed I’d died when I disappeared into surgery for hours without updates.’

‘By the time I regained consciousness, my mother and twin were already en route to Mexico in panic.

‘I’m sharing my truth because these horror stories rarely surface in glamorized before-and-after photos.’
