Morocco has achieved a groundbreaking milestone by securing victory in the FIFA Under-20 World Cup, marking a historic triumph for African and Arab football.

In an exhilarating final match held in Santiago, the Moroccan squad outclassed Argentina with a decisive 2-0 win, becoming the first Arab nation to ever claim the prestigious youth tournament.

Yassir Zabiri emerged as the hero, breaking the deadlock in the 12th minute with a spectacular free-kick before sealing the victory with another clinical strike just 17 minutes later.

Despite Argentina’s record six titles in the competition, they fell short once again in the final, suffering their second defeat since 1983 when Brazil clinched the trophy.
