Fresh revelations have emerged as Mr. Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, father of late Afrobeat star Mohbad, shares shocking details about his son’s final hours in an exclusive conversation with controversial blogger VeryDarkMan.
Aloba disclosed that on September 12th at approximately 4:30 PM, he received a panicked call from Mohbad’s mother reporting their son’s sudden illness and hospitalization. Rushing to meet them, the distressed father described a series of unsettling events that followed.
“When I reached Osapa London around 7 PM,” Aloba recalled, “Darosha—Mohbad’s uncle—assured me my son was recovering and insisted I return home.” This abrupt shift in messaging immediately raised his suspicions.
The grieving father recounted his mounting dread: “Their constantly changing story made me fear the worst. One minute they’re summoning me urgently, the next they’re sending me away—it didn’t make sense.”
His fears intensified upon arriving at the residence to find the entrance barricaded by an unusual crowd. After forcing his way inside, Aloba made a horrifying discovery: “The bedroom duvet was completely stained with blood,” he revealed.
Aloba further alleged troubling irregularities in the investigation, claiming authorities withheld the police report under questionable pretenses. “They accused me of delayed reporting,” he stated, while suggesting Mohbad’s wife possesses undisclosed medical documents.
More disturbing details emerged about the handling of Mohbad’s remains, with Aloba asserting: “They embalmed his body at home without my knowledge, and the morgue strangely refused admission that night.”
