Nollywood star Mary Njoku has extended heartfelt support to her younger colleague, Regina Daniels, amid the turmoil surrounding her marriage.
Taking to Instagram, Njoku expressed deep emotion after viewing Regina’s public plea for help, admitting the footage moved her to tears.
Njoku penned:
“Regina,
Your video this morning shattered me. I’ve witnessed your journey—from childhood to the incredible woman you’ve become.
We all have. Seeing you in such pain online is devastating.
The cruelty in some comments is beyond belief.
As a mother raising daughters, the thought of them enduring this agony terrifies me.
If they ever need a voice (God forbid) and I’m gone, I pray heaven sends warriors to defend them.
This world can be merciless.
To every Nigerian woman: Tomorrow, it could be you. I don’t know Regina’s full story, nor do I need to. But I know this—when marriages dissolve, true men remember: she may no longer be your wife, but she remains the mother of your children.
