Manchester United have allegedly agreed verbally with Trabzonspor on a loan deal for Andre Onana.
The choice now rests with the Cameroonian shot-stopper.
Onana has made just one appearance this season, in the Carabao Cup loss to Grimsby Town.
United’s manager, Ruben Amorim, has consistently selected Altay Bayindir for Premier League matches.
The club also secured the signing of Senne Lammens from Royal Antwerp for £18 million earlier this summer.
Transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano posted on X: “Trabzonspor have a verbal agreement with Manchester United for André Onana’s loan move.
“The clubs have settled terms, and the final decision is now Onana’s.
“The goalkeeper holds the power to decide.”
