Man Caught On CCTV Stealing Staff Phone at Sterling Bank Branch in Anambra

Security cameras at a Sterling Bank branch in Anambra have exposed a brazen phone theft by a young man in broad daylight.

Shockingly, the stolen device belonged to one of the bank’s own employees.

A viral video shared by @ChuksEricE on X shows the thief’s clever ruse – pretending to make a call while secretly swiping the phone using a piece of paper as cover.

The suspect, dressed in distinctive brown traditional attire, executed the theft with surprising speed before casually walking out of the banking hall.
