Award-winning artist Iyanya Mbuk has called for greater compassion toward public figures, emphasizing that fame doesn’t erase human vulnerability.
Through a heartfelt post on X (previously Twitter), the “Kukere” hitmaker peeled back the curtain on celebrity life, calling it a paradoxical existence filled with unspoken difficulties.
“The glitz and glamor hide the fact that we’re all just people navigating life’s challenges,” he shared.
“Celebrities crave normalcy and understanding just like anyone else. The spotlight brings blessings but also heavy burdens,” Iyanya revealed.
The musician highlighted how societal stereotypes make emotional struggles particularly challenging for men in entertainment.
