Former Nollywood star Linc Edochie has clapped back at trolls who ridiculed him for allegedly marrying an “older woman” following his split from his first wife.
The couple has been under fire after Yinka’s online remark stirred drama, prompting Linc to defend his family in a fiery video response.
In the clip, Linc urged critics to back off, emphasizing that his family isn’t responsible for Nigeria’s issues and shouldn’t be dragged into unnecessary controversies.
He also debunked rumors that his family misappropriated May Edochie’s funds after her separation from Yul.
“Over the past two days, social media has been buzzing with photos of me and my wife. People have hurled insults, spread lies, and I’m left asking—why can’t you just let us live?”
“In our tradition, disrespecting elders who’ve done you no wrong invites karma. When bloggers attacked my family—calling us ritualists, accusing us of witchcraft, and claiming we stole May’s money—where’s the proof? None! Just baseless accusations against innocent people.”
He fired back at age-shamers, saying, “‘Old cargo’? Really? Do you even know her? Do you know anything about us?”
