In a recent legal development, Sammy, the sibling of renowned Nollywood star Regina Daniels, secured bail set at ₦5 million on Monday.
The court’s decision came after several days of his detention, marking a turning point in the high-profile case.
Initially remanded at Keffi Correctional Facility by a Dutse Magistrate Court last Thursday, Sammy was later moved to the Suleja detention center before his bail approval.
Sharing the uplifting news via Instagram, his older brother @Sweezzy1 posted passionately: “Sammy, your strength inspires us. Freedom granted! Gratitude to everyone who stood by us.”
The arrest, orchestrated by Senator Ned Nwoko in Lagos seven days prior, stemmed from allegations tied to the highly publicized marital rift involving Regina Daniels.
